Ingredients

water, wheat malt (contains gluten), barley malt (contains gluten), barley flakes (contains gluten), sugar, hops, yeast.

High fermentation beer, unpasteurized, unfiltered. Light hazelnut color, white, fine and persistent foam. Fresh and delicate aromas with light notes of banana and lemon. At the first taste it presents a sweet note of malt, a slight acidity and a dry finish with spicy hints. Ideal for aperitifs, pork dishes, fresh cheeses and blue cheeses.
