Ingredients

water, barley malt (contains gluten), wheat malt (contains gluten), oat flakes (contains gluten), sugar, hops, yeast, coriander, bergamot peel, pink pepper, ginger.
High fermentation beer, unpasteurized, unfiltered.
Golden color, white, fine and persistent foam.
Fresh and delicate aromas with light notes of bergamot and ginger. The spiciness conferred by coriander and pink pepper makes it excellent as a fresh and thirst-quenching aperitif.
It goes well with cold cuts and fresh cheeses, fish-based dishes, fruit-based desserts.
