AMERICAN PALE ALE

High fermentation beer, unpasteurized, unfiltered. Amber color, fine and creamy foam of medium persistence. Aromas of citrus, aromas of pine, juniper, apple and green pepper. Delicate body, fresh and citrusy taste with a dry finish. Accompanies first courses with artichokes and radicchio, grilled meats, fried fish and fried vegetables with beer or grilled batter.
