A.R.Brewing was founded in 2014 by experienced food technologist Andrea Ravasio, Professor of "Food Sciences" and "Laboratory of Food and Wine" at several well-known high school institutes in Lombardia region.
After the first experiments, started in 1999 at University while preparing for the exam of "Fermentation of alcoholic beverages", Andrea continues the work of in-depth study and research in the field of food technologies and bio-transformations to create some beer recipes inspired by the main brewing styles but without giving up his personalization based at the same time on Italian traditions and originality.
A.R.Brewing aims at the highest quality, genuineness and territoriality of the product, following a rigorous methodology in the choice of raw materials and in the phases of processes that take place in selected excellent craft breweries.
The beers A.R.Brewing are listed in the Slow Food "Birre D'Italia" guide and have been awarded in the Best Italian Beer 2018, 2020 national competition.
Today, with over 9 beers in its list and many collaborations in beverage and food field, A.R.Brewing continues on its path of innovation and tradition.
