A.R. Brewing project born in 2014, from the hope of Andrea Ravasio, high experienced Food Tecnologist, professor of Food Sciences and of Enogastronomic Laboratory in the Istituti Alberghieri Lombardi in Italy.
First experiments have been conducted far away, in 1999, after consultancy and study of Degree exam on Fermentation of alcoholic drinks. Andrea, after several years of research and studies in the field of food Technologies and "bio-transformations" realized some of his recipes, based on the main beer styles, without renounciation to the typical Italian style.
In order to perform his qualitative targets, Andrea Ravasio personally follows all the production phases, that are entrusted to two partner: Birrificio Opera in Pavia, Birrificio A Tutto Malto in Gallarate (VA).
Our beers are reviewed in the Guide "Birre D'Italia" by Slow Food and had been rewarded during National contest "Best Italian Beer" on 2018.
Today A.R. Brewing staff continues on its "innovative and traditional" way.
